We are expanding the international team of our new FP Shared Service Center Europe in Hennigsdorf (northern Berlin area).

Your profile

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and/or Italian with suffcient German or English. Further language skills are nice to have.
  • Commercial professional education or experience in a commercial environment.
  • Experienced in using common MS Office products.
  • Customer-focused, structured and reliable attitude.
  • Great team spirit.
  • Thriving in an international work environment.

Your role

  • Receive sales orders from FP’s Dutch, Belgian and/or Italian sales organizations and dealers, and check them for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process these orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Handle all related processes, such as creation of a service contract, lease contract, sending order confirmations, run the postal registration process, invoicing, SEPA direct debit, collections and more.
  • Interact, as needed, with customers or other parts of the FP Shared Service Center or the international FP organization.
